K	Kuba SV on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uz 4 tydny nemaji muj oblibeny caj. Po nekolika zadostech kdy uz bude skladem stale neni. Provozni cerpaci stanice zrejme nedela svou praci svedomite. Nechapu kde je problem. Asi zmenim podnik?‍♂️ Byvaly verny zakaznik. They haven't had my favorite tea in 4 weeks. After a few satisfaction, it will no longer be in stock. Operating gas stations probably do their work conscientiously on Sundays. I don't understand where the problem is. I'll probably change businesses They used to be a loyal customer.

D	DieMeg Cz on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní vedoucí očividně nezvládá svojí práci. Některé zboží tu chybí i několik týdnů a i po několika upozornění se vůbec nic nemění. Starý pán ve venkovní obsluze který očividně o benzínu nic pořádně neví se neustále snažil vnutit v-power a k tomu kolikrát i spoustu blbých poznámek nyní se už pán k mému autu radši ani nepřibližuje. Jediné co tady tu Shell zachraňuje je zbytek obsluhy která je ochotná a příjemná. The manager is clearly unable to do her job. Some goods are missing here for several weeks and even after a few warnings, nothing changes at all. The old man in the outdoor service, who obviously doesn't know anything about gasoline, was constantly trying to force v-power, and many times even a lot of stupid remarks, the man now doesn't even want to approach my car. The only thing Shell saves here is the rest of the service, which is helpful and pleasant.
P	Pavel Kuda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ (Ne)klasická čerpací stanice Shell, obsluha velice vstřícná ovšem výmysly vedení jako okénko pro noční prodej a nemožnost posedět mě velice zaráží a mrzí protože široko daleko není možnost nic v noci koupit a právě tato benzínka bývala jediná záchrana. The (un) classic Shell gas station, the staff very helpful, but the management's inventions as a window for night sales and the inability to sit are very annoying and sorry for me because there is nothing to buy at night and this gas station used to be the only salvation.

Dnes krátce po 2 hodině ranní jsem seděl s přáteli ,,dodávám,, nedělali jsme žádný bordel jen jsme konzumovali jídlo a nealkoholické nápoje a povídali jsme si a přišla za námi obsluha čerpací stanice, že musíme opustit vnitřní prostory, že je tam zákaz sezení po 22 hodině jinak na nás zavolá policii(a bohužel byla na nás zavolána policie), že jim to nařídila jejich provozní. Pokud vím tak nikde to není napsané, že tam nesmíme sedět. A další věc je ta, že jsem zaslechl, že paní provozní jen základní školu tak nechápu jak může dělat provozní Shell když má jenom základku. Však by na to měla mít minimálně střední školu jestli se nemýlím. A nebudu asi jediný, který si stěžuje na paní provozní After today, I have to write a complaint. Paní provozní psychicky absolutně nezvládá svou práci jelikož si svou zlost vylevá na personálu a vadí jí i to že si lidi dovolí sedět v prostorách čerpací stanice, které jsou k tomu určené. Jsem naprosto znechucen jejím přístupem k práci jelikož ten se opravdu velice špatně projevuje na celém fungování stanice. V regálech zde můžete najít prošlé potraviny nebo naopak v regálu není zboží doplněné dokonce i týdny a prosím netvrďte mi že někdo pravidelně vykupuje šunku zvonařku. Po novu je dokonce zřízené jakési výdejní okno a abyste mohli zaplatit tankování tak musíte slušně poprosit aby vás pustili dovnitř a nedej bůh abyste si vevnitř sedli. Kdyby personál mohl tak na nařízení paní provozní zavolá těžkooděnce a nechá vás odejít v poutech. Na této čerpací stanici bohužel už neplatí aby motor skvěle shell ale aby slušný zákazník “vysmahnul”. Budu nucen podat stížnost na paní provozní protože je se mnou jako ze slušným zákazníkem zacházeno jako s kusem hadru a to mi přijde v dnešní době plné konkurence opravdu nepřípustné. If the staff could, on the order of the operating lady, he would call the heavy-duty and let you go in handcuffs. Unfortunately, it is no longer the case at this gas station that the engine is a great shell but that the decent customer "fry". I will be forced to file a complaint against the operating lady because I am treated like a decent customer as a piece of rag and this seems to me to be really unacceptable in today's day full of competition.
