Manžel si koupil minule hned troje, jelikož mu ty předchozí po roce stále drží a nepropadá se mu podrážka. Paní prodavačka byla ochotná nám poradit. Víte, že se dají koupit speciální vložky do bot, když máte problémy s klenbou? My už ano! Také oceňuji platit ve flexi pass.

Následovala reklamace, zbytečná oprava a druhá reklamace, která nebyla uznána z důvodu nevhodného výběru bot. Přitom jsem si vzal o číslo větší velikost a deformaci palce, kterou poškození bot při reklamaci odůvodnili, nemám. Prodavačka byla velice nepříjemná a odkázala mě na nákup bot u Vietnamců. Oslovený znalec nám dal za pravdu, že boty byly na 100% špatně ušité. Případný soud by byl na roky.

At the same time, I took a larger size and a deformation of the thumb, which was justified by the damage to the shoes during the complaint. The saleswoman was very uncomfortable and referred me to buy shoes from the Vietnamese. The interviewed expert agreed with us that the shoes were 100% badly sewn. A possible court would be for years.
