Pri následnom riešení reklamácie ma vysmiali, že tovar bol doručený v 100% stave a že asi som ich pri vybalovaní vyhodila. Som si vedomá že som všetko dôkladne skontrolovala a chyba nie ja na mojej strane ale na strane dodávateľa. Ochota riešiť tento daný problém bola neprofesionálna. Chýbajúci tovar mi nedodali ba naopak chceli mi ho predať. Chýbajúce súčiastky som si kúpila sama na vlastné náklady samozrejme už z iného e-shopu. Určite neodporúčam. In the subsequent settlement of the complaint they laughed at me that the goods were delivered in 100% condition and that I probably threw them out of the box. I am aware that I have carefully checked everything and the fault is not me on my side but on the supplier's side. The willingness to solve this problem was unprofessional. They did not deliver the missing goods, and on the contrary they wanted to sell them. Of course, I bought the missing parts at my own expense from another e-shop. I certainly do not recommend.
Š	Štěpec on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělý výběr, výborná kvalita. A prodavač vždy dobře a ochotně poradí. Při každém nákupu byla nějaká sleva. Takže není co řešit za mě TOP. Věci na svah už jinde nekupuji. Great selection, excellent quality. And the salesman will always give good and willing advice. There was a discount with each purchase. So there is nothing to solve for me TOP. I don't buy things on the slope anywhere else.
