Nasledne odmitli vratit penize za toto sluchatko pri odstoupeni od smlouvy do 14 dnu (odvolavaji se na hygienu a opiraji se o nejasnou definici v zakone u tohoto typu produktu) Pote jsem zbozi reklamoval, zadal odstoupeni od kupni smlouvy a vraceni penez (do pul roku od zakoupeni). Reklamace byla sice uznana, ale odmitaji vratit penize a resi si reklamaci po svem (posilaji mi novy smejd z Činy) Nespokojenost! Nedoporucuji! I bought a handset here. In fact, this product is a poor quality product from China that does not fit my expectations and did not work as described. They subsequently refused to return this handset for withdrawal within 14 days (they refer to hygiene and rely on an unclear definition in the law for this type of product) I then complained about the goods, ordered the withdrawal from the contract and refund (within half a year of purchase). The claim was accepted, but I refuse to return the money and resolve the claim by myself (send me a new thirst from China) Dissatisfaction! Nedoporucuji!
