★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Clovek ceka 6 tydnu na palety, aby si udelal postel...zbytecne.Dodaci doba 4-5 tydnu pry, bohuzel....nestalo se.Zadna komunikace absolutne.Musel jsem kvuli tomu dost zmenit plany...urcite nedoporucuji.
 A person waits 6 weeks for pallets to make a bed ... unnecessarily. Delivery time 4-5 weeks away, unfortunately .... did not happen. No communication absolutely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poptal jsem se na palety u jednatele společnosti pana Vlka, jeho první přístup byl profesionální, ale pod tíhou ceny za dopravu, která byla naprosto neakceptovatelná na první moment jsem jí odmítnul, po zjištění ceny na trhu s paletami plus doprava byla jeho cena adekvatni, tak jsem si objednávku udělal znovu a co následovalo v e-mailu od pana Vlka byla nechutnost a nehoráznost jednání se zákazníkem a objednávka evidentně ze msty byla zrušena, odůvodněním, že nebyl dopravce v termínu k zastižení. Paletarna.cz v žádným případě nedoporučuji!
I asked for pallets from the company's executive Mr. Vlk, his first approach was professional, but under the weight of the price for transport, which was completely unacceptable at first, I refused it, after finding out the price on the market with pallets plus transport, his price was adequate. I made the order again and what followed in the e-mail from Mr. Vlk was the disgust and outrageous dealing with the customer and the order was obviously canceled out of revenge, on the grounds that the carrier was not available in time. I do not recommend Paletarna.cz in any case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Palety a jejich kvalita byla v pořádku, komunikace a přístup k zákazníkovi je v mých očích velmi špatný a reakce pana Vlka na telefonní dotazy slovy “já tady mám xy objednávek a nemohu vědět, kdo jste vy, co si objednal 8 palet” je poměrně nevhodná a snaha vyhovět a poskytnout informace žádná. Očividně ho komunikace se zákazníky obtěžuje. Doprava měla být 75 km GEISem za 1200,-, pan Vlk ještě pocital dle jejich ceníku skříňového vozu, nicméně přijel jejich vlastní dopravce ve Fabii. Doručeno bylo a take na tom bylo značně vyděláno. Společnost bych spíše nedoporučil, nicméně palety o rozměru 90x100 jsou jinde téměř nesehnatelne.
The pallets and their quality were fine, communication and approach to the customer is very bad in my eyes and Mr. Vlk's response to telephone questions with the words "I have xy orders here and I can not know who you are, what ordered 8 pallets" is quite inappropriate and an effort to comply and provide information none. Obviously, communication with customers bothers him. The transport was supposed to be 75 km by GEIS for 1200, - Mr. Vlk still felt according to their price list of the box car, however, their own carrier arrived in Fabia. It was delivered and it was also a lot of money. I would rather not recommend the company, however, pallets measuring 90x100 are almost unobtainable elsewhere.
