★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totální nezájem personálu. V průběhu let jsme pobočku navštívili několikrát a nakonec vždy raději zajedeme na Černý Most, i když je to dál. Prodavači na prodejně nepozdraví, když stojíte u pultu, nerušeně se dál baví, místo aby projevili nějaký zájem.
Po včerejší návštěvě jsme se rozhodli, že sem už opravdu nikdy více. Předem jsem volala, jestli mají otevřený i outlet. Bylo mi řečeno, že pro živnostníky ano. Jeli jsme tam tedy a na hale s outletem bylo napsáno, že máme kontaktovat personál vzorkovny. Ve vzorkovně nám bylo řečeno, že pokud máme ŽL (máme), můžeme do haly jít, že je tam personál. Personál tam byl, ale pán nejen, že neodpověděl na pozdrav, ale velmi nevlídně nám sdělil, že mají zavřeno. Když jsme začali vysvětlovat, že nás tam poslali, beze slova zalezl do nějakého kumbálu a nechal nás tam stát. Takhle hrubé chování jsme opravdu jinde nezažili.
Total disinterest of the staff. We have visited the branch several times over the years and in the end we always prefer to go to Černý Most, even if it continues. The salespeople at the store do not greet you when you are standing at the counter, they continue to have fun undisturbed, instead of showing any interest.
After yesterday's visit, we decided that I would never really come here again. I called in advance if they had an outlet open. I was told that for self-employed people. So we went there and in the hall with the outlet it was written that we should contact the staff of the showroom. We were told in the showroom that if we have ŽL (we have), we can go to the hall that there are staff. The staff was there, but not only did the gentleman not respond to the greeting, but he told us very unkindly that they were closed. When we started explaining that they had sent us there, he crawled into a closet without a word and let us stand there. We have not really experienced such rude behavior elsewhere.

Smaller shop suitable for inspiration and choice of bathrooms and kitchens. The outlet came a little bit about us, but somebody might choose something there.
