★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mám jednu úžasnou zkušenost ?? při návštěvě toalet, mají reklamu na bezdotykovou vodovodní baterii s dávkovačem mýdla, můžete si vše osahat je to úžasný napad, tak jsem se chtěl zeptat kolik ta sranda stojí, je to super nápad. Pan u přepážky mi odpověděl že cenu neví?? a slečna na konci pultu, které se zeptal se divila, co že to mají na panském za novoty ??? tak jsme se tam všichni koukali ?? nicméně cenu nevěděl nikdo ???
Ale reklamu měli úžasnou, včetně popisu funkcí baterie a návodů ná použití. Přiznám se, že tady jsem takovou reakci prodavače, opravdu nečekal ??? překvapili mě ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Klasika chcete něco koupit, tak je občas problém s tím, že na skladě dané zboží není, tak vám ho objednají na centrále. Nebo zboží není vlastně vůbec, koupíte u nich sprchové dveře za 10 tisíc a po 5 letech chcete vyměnit okapničku, strašný problém, není,už mi jí schání cca měsíc. Podobný příklad třeba samosklápěcí prkýnko na WC MIO na ten samý záchod, už se nevyrábí, náhrada jsou nové panty za 400 Kč k dodání za cca čtvrt roku, nebo si kupte nové od Den Laufen za 1500 Kč. A ještě další, sparovací hmota dvousložková tedy Kerapoxy od Mapei, na netu do 3-5 dnů a na prodejně zjistí že vlastně ne, že není na centrále tak čekejte měsíc, řekněte to obkladači, bude nadšený. Takže jsem jí koupil na Moravě z jiné centrály Mapei za 7 dnů s dobírkou za cenu o 100 Kč nižší. O plánování koupelny a výpočtu spotřeby dlaždic už tady mluvit nebudu akorát bych se naštval. Zkrátka jsou to nervy tady nakupovat. Snad pokud chcete něco normálního asi budete na tom lépe takže průměr.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I v době koronaviru a uzavření obchodů můžete nakupovat.Na internetu si vyhledáte zboží a necháte si ho dovézt na prodejnu.Již několikrát jsem tak nakupovala a zatím k plné spokojenosti. Je to i výhoda v tom,že se vám mohou pracovníci obchodu ihned věnovat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako všude narazíte na dobrý nebo horší personál, já měl štěstí na ochotnou, trpělivou slečnu...přes hodinu vybírat zařizovací předměty, to chce trpělivost :-)
As everywhere you come across good or worse staff, I was lucky to be a willing, patient girl ... over an hour to choose furnishing items, it takes patience :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozný přístup, drzost, skákání do řeči a mnoho dalšího.
Na tuto pobočku již nikdy nepojedu, zaměstnanci směny z 10.9, kdy jsem také tuto prodejnu navštívil, byli hrozní a nepříjemní. Po jejich nepříjemném přístupu nám dali dlažbu, která byla nejen zabalená obráceně, ale i na dně krabice prasklá. Pokud mohu doporučit, raději jeďte na jinou prodejnu nebo zvolte jiný obchod.
