Musel sem tam znovu aby to dodělaly , na žádost natreni fleku na střeše jsem od nich dostal barvu ať si to přetru sám. Už tam nikdy nepojedu, jel sem vedle do pneuservisu měnit zimní gumy rychle bez front, jiné bych šel na řadu až pozdě odpoledne. I had to do it again and again to finish it, at the request of painting a spot on the roof I got the paint from them to paint it myself. Naposledy opravu provedli na počkání. Doporučuji. I have an older car, so I have to go to service more often. I haven't been driving the last four years. I have always been satisfied with both communication and length and cost of repair. The last time they made the correction while they waited. I recommend.
L	Lukáš Maslaňak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa. Do servisu jsem šel vyměnit katalyzátor, tlumiče, vyměnit brzdovou kapalinu, seřídit ruční brzdu a vyměnit silentbloky na motoru. Po pár dnech začala svítit kontrolka brzd, zjistil jsem, že nebylo zašroubováno víčko od nádrže brzdové kapaliny a bylo pouze položeno v motorovém prostoru. Při této chybě jsem tedy překontroloval jejich práci a zjistil jsem, že byla uvolněna lambda sonda na katalyzátoru, kterou nedotáhli. Při volání zpět do servisu mi bylo LAXNĚ řečeno, že "hold, chyby se stávají." Raději jsem do tohoto servisu už nejel a lambda sondu dotáhnul sám. Dále jsem zjistil, že silentbloky, které byly jimi označené, jako dobré a není třeba je měnit, byl rozdrolené a vyměnit určitě potřebovaly. Seřízení ruční brzdy je nekvalitní a musel jsem jít brzdu přeřídit někam jinam. Tento servis určitě nedoporučuji. Neprofesionální přístup při reklamaci a nekvalitní práce. Catastrophe. I went to the service station to replace the catalytic converter, shock absorbers, change the brake fluid, adjust the parking brake and replace the silent blocks on the engine. After a few days, the brake light came on, I found that the brake fluid reservoir cap had not been screwed in and was only placed in the engine compartment. So, with this error, I checked their work and found that the oxygen sensor on the catalytic converter had been released, which they had not tightened. When I called back to the service, I was LAXLY told that "tribute, mistakes happen." I preferred not to go to this service anymore and tightened the lambda probe myself. I also found that the silencers, which were marked as good by them and did not need to be changed, were shattered and definitely needed to be replaced. The adjustment of the parking brake is of poor quality and I had to change the brake somewhere else. I definitely do not recommend this service. Non-professional approach to complaints and poor quality work.

Jak věřím, nejlepší reklama servisu je dobře odvedená práce. Se svým autem tam teď pojedu už popáté a jsem maximálně spokojený. Další pozitivum vidím v tom, že fakturace a platba zde není ta nepříjemná část návštěvy. Cena často příjemně překvapí, na rozdíl od jiných servisu, kde se člověku protočí panenky s myšlenkami na osobní bankrot. Takže zkušenost maximálně dobrá. Přeji servisu, ať si to udrží. Myslím, že o klienty nebude nouze! ATTENTION! In this service you will come across willingness and a job well done, so only for those who are serious about their cars! I believe the best advertising service is a job well done. I will be driving there with my car for the fifth time and I am extremely satisfied. I see another positive in the fact that invoicing and payment is not the annoying part of the visit. The price often pleasantly surprises, unlike other services, where dolls are twisted with thoughts of personal bankruptcy. So the experience is maximally good. I wish the service to keep it. I think there will be no shortage of clients!

Přijel jsem 15 minut před dohodnutým termínem. Odpověď na příjmu byla počkejte si u auta, technik si pro auto přijde. Dal jsem vám více než "akademickou čtvrthodinku" po dohodnutém čase tj. 30 minut. Čekal jsem tam tedy 45 minut jako k...t. Nikdo se neobjevil. Takhle si váží čas zákazníků...
