In the end, I did not choose a car here, but I very much appreciate the willingness and professionalism of the staff. You can see that working with Suzuki cars is fun.

Extremely helpful approach of service staff, pleasant dealings and even though I came up with a non-standard request, they always advised and helped me well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Porouchalo se mi auto na dovolené, 250 km od domova a Simcar mě zachránil. Když jsem jim vysvětlila zoufalou situaci, auto opravili prakticky během pár hodin a za - pro mě nečekaně - nízkou cenu. Což jsem ocenila zejména poté, co z prvního autoservisu, kam mi auto odtáhli (cca 3km), mi po dvou hodinách zavolali, že neví, co s tím je a že s tím nedokážou nic udělat, za což si pak naúčtovali 900 Kč (300 odtah a 600 "diagnostika").
My car broke down on vacation, 250 km from home and Simcar saved me. When I explained the desperate situation to them, they repaired the car in practically a few hours and at an unexpectedly low price to me. Which I appreciated especially after the first car repair shop, where they dragged my car (approx. 3 km), called me after two hours that they didn't know what was going on and that they couldn't do anything about it, for which they then charged CZK 900 (300 towing and 600 "diagnostics").
