★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zamówienia internetowe porażka. Długo czekałam na zamówioną przesyłkę. Szkoda że pracownik nie poinformował mnie o tym fakcie. Infolinia nie działa z powodu dużej ilości zamówień. Przykro mi ale klienta to nie powinno obchodzić. Sklep nie odbiera telefonów a infolinia nie działa.

The hotline is down due to the high volume of orders. I'm sorry, but the customer shouldn't care. The store does not answer calls and the hotline does not work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nie wiem czy to stała praktyka we wszystkich sklepach Sinsay, ale ceny promocyjne naklejane na metkach są wyższe niż pierwotne. Bluza w niby promocji 20% - naklejka z ceną 39,99 zł, pod naklejką 35 zł. Sprawdzam to bo w taki sposób kupiłam tam kiedyś spodnie "w promocji". Radzę przed zakupem sprawdzać jaka cena jest pod naklejką.
I do not know if this is a constant practice in all Sinsay stores, but the promotional prices stuck on the labels are higher than the original ones. Sweatshirt in the supposed promotion of 20% - sticker with the price of 39.99 PLN, under the sticker 35 PLN. I check it because this is how I once bought trousers "on sale" there. I advise you to check the price under the sticker before buying.
