Celkem 6 kamer se záznamem a zabezpečeným přístupem přes internet i lokálně. Realizace proběhla bez obtíží, vše funguje a termíny byly dodrženy. Specifikaci kamer jsme měnili s ohledem na místní podmínky (vzdálenosti, úhel obrazu apod.) a nyní je vše nastaveno optimálně. Systém funguje dle očekávání. Oceňuji aktivní přístup fy Sistel International a výbornou komunikaci. Musím také vyzdvihnout pomoc při řešení prvního zaznamenaného incidentu. We ordered the camera system from the Sistel into a residential building on the basis of a request. A total of 6 cameras with record and secure access over the Internet and locally. Implementation took place without difficulty, everything worked and deadlines were followed. The camera specifications have changed with respect to local conditions (distances, image angles, etc.) and now everything is set optimally. The system works as expected. I appreciate the active approach of Sistel International and excellent communication. I also have to highlight help in solving the first recorded incident.
p	petr smelhaus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pryč od nich. Měl jsem u této společnosti několik let napojený objekt na PCO. Jednou jsem špatně odkódoval a čekal, až mne zkontaktují. Vůbec nikdo mi nezavolal! Tak jsem jim zavolal, proč nevolají? Oni mi suše sdělili, že jejich vysílač jim již cca 6-9 měsíců nefunguje a že nevidí moje poplachy. Že vlastně vůbec po tu dobu ani nemonitorují můj objekt, že ho nevidí ani na PCO (protože není napojený...!) "Jen mi to nesdělili" a to jsem jim měsíčně stále platil za služby Peníze nevrátili. Když jsem s nimi končil, tak mi ještě napočítali další 3. měsíce. Neuvěřitelně arogantní jednání manažera firmy pana Kro. Away from them. I had a building connected to the PCO at this company for several years. Once I decoded badly and waited for me to contact me. Nobody called me at all! So I called them, why don't they call? They told me dryly that their transmitter hadn't been working for them for about 6-9 months and that they couldn't see my alarms. That they don't even monitor my object at all during that time, that they don't even see it at the PCO (because it's not connected ...!) "They just didn't tell me" and I still paid them for their services every month They didn't return the money. When I finished with them, they counted another 3 months. Incredibly arrogant behavior of the company's manager, Mr. Kro.
