 Car delivered on time and clean, the driver very pleasant. Papers to the car handled quickly, comfort service very good. Next time I'll use Sixt again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hory jsem měl teď Peugeot Teppee. Na to že to byl Peugeot jsme s partou byli velmi spokojeni. Fakt dobrý. Od Sixtu si půjčuje naše firma prvním rokem a oproti předchozí autopůjčovně je to výrazný posun jak v kvalitě aut, tak hlavně v lidech, co se o nás starají. Mají příjemný personál.
On the mountain I had now Peugeot Teppee. We were very pleased with the fact that it was Peugeot. Really good. Sixt borrows our company for the first year and compared to the previous car rental is a significant shift in the quality of cars, and especially in the people who care about us. They have a friendly staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V létě zapůjčeno cabrio Mercedes slk, víkend v Krumlově jsme si naplno užili. Teď v zimě jsem si půjčil na cestu na lyže Mercedes Viano a celá parta jsme odjeli do Rakouska a vše také v pohodě. Doporučuji všem.
Cabrio Mercedes slk lent in summer, we enjoyed the weekend in Krumlov. Now in winter, I borrowed a Mercedes Viano on my way and the whole group went to Austria and everything was fine as well. I recommend to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had to cancel my 2-days trip due to medical reasons on the same day when the reservation was suppose to happen and I sent an email to Sixt CZE to warn them and apologize for the inconveniance. Mila was really helpful and worked in order to get a full reimbursement, which was unexpected because of our late notice but really welcomed at the end. Great customer service, I then won't hesitate to work with them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SCAM ARTISTS! Accused me of a damage I didn't even cause and charged me 11 500 czk for it.
Nobody came to check the car with us on pick up, we were told to inspect it ourselves. As we're not trained to detect minor damage, we didn't notice the thin little scratch on the bumper in the dark parking lot. Upon returning the vehicle it was pointed out to us and we were accused of causing it. After days of tedious back and forth with the damage processing people we were charged 10 000 czk for the damage + 1 500 czk for "damage processing".
Stay away people, trust the reviews! This is not the first time they've pulled something like this and won't be the last.
