★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V tomto oddíle již trénuji 10 let, od svých 15ti let. Trenér Ondřej Havlíček dává velký důraz na rozvoj jak fyzických tak i mentálních dovedností. Taekwondo není pouze bezduché bouchání do lap, ale také vede cvičence k disciplíně a odhodlanosti překonávat sami sebe a posouvat své limity. Tento oddíl rozhodně doporučuji pro všechny, kteří si chtějí udržovat a rozvíjet svojí fyzičku a také jako kroužek pro děti.
 I have been training in this section for 10 years, since I was 15. Coach Ondřej Havlíček places great emphasis on the development of both physical and mental skills. Taekwondo is not only a mind-banging lap, but also leads the practitioner to discipline and determination to overcome himself and push his limits. I definitely recommend this section for all who want to maintain and develop their physical condition and also as a ring for children.
