★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brněnské Náměstí Svobody, to je více než sedm století komprimované historie. Jedním z prvků je i bronzová Skácelova kašna. Dokončena v roce 2006, 15 metrů v průměru, zdobená roštem s verši básníka Jana Skácela o vodě. Klasická tahanice o práva a hlavně peníze nemohla chybět.
Jen připomínku na okraj. Víš, že toto není v Brně jediná památka na tohoto velikána? Nevíš? Google poradí.
Přidám malou ukázku veršů:
"Studánka vyschla. Tam, kde chodili jsme pít za horkých letních dnů, teď ani krůpěj neroní zem, tajemná, vlhká."
"Nadarmo stojí otlučený hrnek na kameni. Jak dlouho potrvá, jak dlouho trvat bude, než na kraj spadne hustý déšť?..."
The Freedom Square of Brno, it is more than seven centuries of compressed history. One of the elements is the bronze Skácel's fountain. Completed in 2006, 15 meters in diameter, decorated with a grate with the poet Jan Skácel about water. The classic scramble for rights and especially money could not be missed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezka kasna na namesti Svobody. Jsou zde uryvky versu. V lete prijemne u ni posedet a zchladit se.
Nice casino in Freedom Square. There are uryvky versu. In the summer it will be pleasant to sit with her and cool down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Miluju kašny. Tahle se brutálně nepovedla. Velký plechový válec s vodou. Poezie je poezie a písmenka na kašně prostě nefungují. Vzniká patvar, ani poezie, ani zajímavá kašna. Rošt okolo je o hubu, když je mokrý.
I love fountains. This one didn't work brutally. Large metal cylinder with water. Poetry is poetry and the letters on the fountain just don't work. There is a monster, no poetry, no interesting fountain. The grate around is about a mouthful when wet.
