Na kartu k zastupující doktorce jsem se seniorem, který měl zápal plic a vysoké horečky, čekala přes hodinu! Gratuluju, tomu se říká efektivní práce doktora. ?Na druhou stranu senioři jsou s ní spokojeni. Za mě ale velké zklamání. Raději jděte k paní Kaplanové naproti. To lze ověřit u zdravotních pojišťoven . 2. popisuje situaci u zastupujícího lékaře v době mé nepřítomnosti - veškerá organizace práce / pořadí pacientů , doba čekání , administrativa atd. / je plně v kompetenci zastupujícího lékaře. Myslím, že další komentář již není třeba. Responding to Vendula Kovářová's review 1. I've never seen Miss of this name and never been treated with us. This can be verified with health insurance companies. 2. I když je plná čekárna, nikdy jsem nečekal dlouho a fronta se rychle pohybuje. I přesto je ošetření vždy důkladné a léčba správná. Very nice doctor and nurse, I replaced more general practitioners and here I am most satisfied. Even though the waiting room is full, I never waited long and the queue is moving fast. Po predstavení a spomenutí, že som pacient práve mojej doktorky mi pani sestrička zložila telefón a viac mi už nedvíhala (volala som opakovane s odstupom času), ani som sa nedostala k tomu, aký mám problém. Úprimne, je mi absolútne ukradnuté, aké vzťahy medzi sebou majú tieto dve ambulancie, ja som potrebovala akútne pomôcť a bolo mi to odoprené pravdepodobne len na základe doktorky, ktorú som si mimochodom ani nevybrala sama, ale ako zahraničnému študentovi mi bola proste pridelená. Inak s toutu ambulanciou nemám žiaden problém, raz som ju už navštívila osobne a pomoc som dostala, aj keď už vtedy mi bolo jasné, že je medzi týmito ambulanciami nejaký problém. Ak odmietate ošetrovať pacientov doktorky, ku ktorej chodím bolo by najlepšie, ak by ste si vybavili, aby ste túto ambulanciu zastupovať nemuseli, bude to lepšie nie len pre Vás, ale aj pre pacientov. After the introduction and the mention that I was the patient of my doctor, my nurse hung up and didn't call me again (I called repeatedly with the passage of time), nor did I get to the problem I had. Honestly, I am absolutely stolen from the relationship between the two ambulances, I needed acute help and I was denied this probably only on the basis of a doctor, which, by the way, I did not even choose myself, but as a foreign student I was simply assigned. Otherwise, I have no problem with this ambulance, I have visited it in person once and I got help, even though it was already clear to me at that time that there was a problem between these ambulances. If you refuse to treat patients with the doctor I go to, it would be best if you remembered that you do not have to represent this clinic, it will be better not only for you, but also for patients.
