Dokud Skauti zajišťovali levnou energii, tak jste svítili až na Měsíc, mnuli si ručičky a byli potutelně šťastní, jak jste s tím vyběhli. Je to i naše vina, náš tlak na levnou energii. Stalo se, co se stalo a netvrdím, že to nebude mít velký dopad na veřejnost, ale společnost se k tomu staví velice zodpovědně. Nechybí informace, povzbuzení, připravené dokumenty, výběr, změna dodavatele je o pár kliknutí na odkaz. Srdečně všem nespokojeným přeji, ať si v této době najdou férovějšího dodavatele, bez skrytých poplatků, bez fixů na neúměrně dlouhou dobu, bez zdražování, ideálně zadarmo a s nepřetíženou zákaznickou linkou. S komunikaci se Skauty jsme spokojeni, s jednáním, řešením nestandardních situací, zákaznickou podporou. I honestly don't understand the negative reviews. I jiní prodejci fungovaly dobře, ale pak třeba zdražili, nebo nasbírali klienty, firmu prodali dominantnímu prodejci a ten potom zdražil. Takže pak člověk musel přejít zase jinam. Skautská energie vypadá že si už řadu let drží svůj standard. Update po konci Kolibříka: Skautsá aspoň dobře komunikuje, narozdíl od BE. Jinak fixaci mi u Kolibříka mi sami vybrali, o žádnou fixaci jsem ani nestál, a takhle to dopadlo. Osobně bych preferoval produkt, který při pětinásobném zdražení na burze také 5x zdraží, po konci krize zase zlevní. Pořád lepší než řešit tohle. Teď při problémech Kolibříka ihned věcně informovali. Všem co si stěžujete, že nejednali. Četli jste smlouvy? Ze strany SE, jsem se dočkal výrazné podpory, a to u jiných prodejců v minulosti nebylo. Skautská energie měla informace, že dodavatel je v problémech již počátkem září, když přišlo pro zákazníky info, že nebere další odběrná místa. Vzhledem k plánovanému jednostrannému porušení smlouvy od dodavatele Kolibřík se nesdělilo nic, žádná informace o tom, že hrozí konec. Kolibřík následně oznámil že skončí v pátek 15.10. večer, tedy více než po měsíci. Měli jsme tři dny, včetně víkendu, na přechod k jinému dodavateli abychom se vyhnuli DPI. Skautská energie psala, ať vyčkáme, že jedná s více dodavateli a zajistí nabídky pod úrovní "aktuálních tržních cen". No tak asi takto. Obě fixace - MND i PPAS jsou nejdražší na trhu mezi velkými dodavateli, s přehledem. Ceny jsou STEJNÉ jako běžně dostupné na webu (sleva 10Kč měsíčně z platby není "pod úrovní tržních cen"). Tak nevím. Buď jste úplně mimo, nebo jste spekulovali s Kolibříkem na náš účet. Dosti trapné nabídky to pak ještě vyšperkovaly. No, děkujeme. Je to opravdu tristní a mrzí mě to v každém případě, protože jste vystupovali jako seriózní partner s motivací. V tuto chvíli prosím řešte, jak budete kompenzovat případné žaloby pro porušení smluvních podmínek, ztráty a krachy, ke kterým tato situace zřejmě povede u některých zákazníků. Přesto, dávám dvě hvězdičky, protože jste se snad i chvílemi snažili situaci nějak řešit. Ale nestačí to - ani z daleka. Scout Energy Customer Information / Hummingbird Energy. Tím způsobili potíže řadě svých klientů včetně mě. Na druhou stranu kdo mohl očekávat takovou bezprecenentní energetickou katastrofu, která nastala. Vše co jsem ušetřil spolkl režim DPI. Proto hodnotím jen jednou hvězdou. Druhou přidávám za snahu s tím něco udělat. Po podepsání smlouvy jsem zjistil, že se jedná o smlouvu na dobu určitou jeden rok. Po konfrontaci těchto skutečností na mailu (snímky jejich webu vs smlouva) mi paní odpověděla, že se jedná o smlouvu na dobu neurčitou ale s dobou trvání jeden rok :) Pro mě další podvodníci, takte se obchod nedělá a pokud udělají chybu tak to mají alespoň opravit. Tváří se jako seriózní obchodní partner, ale tak tomu není. Je to jen jeden z další řady pochybných poskytovatelů.
