★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't take a cheaper bike there. Look down their nose, write your bike is a catastrophe on the receipt,but tell you nothing. Front brakes came loose 3 days after service and were still dirty and not working properly. Cleaned and fixed ourselves- now fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bike-shop experience in the Czech Republic. Great and friendly staff, helped with the bike selection and explained all the details. First bike service and maintenance (within the warranty) is free of charge! True professionals They have also a nice place outside if you just want to stop by for a coffee :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought winter bike shoes with pedals. Unfortunatelly the shoes were damaged either from production or by some customer while trying them in store so I had to return them.
Support were really kind though and tried to help me as much as they could. They even checked wether I've sent the package correctly and called carrier for me so I didn't have to worry about it. I appreciate that help a lot. You just won't find support like this every day.
One star off because they could check the shoes before sending them to me, but I understand that they had a huge amount of orders before xmas time. You can't win them all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reserved via detailled email a bike 6 weeks in advance and got a confirmation. At the day of the pick up they refused me the bike for the reason that my use is not allowed by their general conditions. The employee even pointed out that he had read the email and knew that he wouldn't give out the bike. Why didn't he reply to the mail and cancelled his colleagues confirmation before I made my way to their shop?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had a mechanical on my bike outing. Luckily this place was on the way. The kind staff lent me the tools I needed to fix my bike without hesitation. Looks like a cool shop, and I hope my next visit will be for a better reason.
