★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá spokojenost. Objednávka přes web, následné seřízení a vyzvednutí v obchodě. I když bylo docela plno, odsejpalo to. Nejspíš díky bodrému pánovi za pokladnou.
 Absolute satisfaction. Order via the web, subsequent adjustment and collection in the store. Even though it was quite full, it stood out. Probably thanks to the cheerful master behind the cash register.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na začátku února ve všední den večer celkem dost lidí, ale i tak jsem měl bez objednání na počkání seřízeny 4 páry lyží :) Chtělo by to trochu více prostoru pro zákazníky - k servisu se chodí kolem fronty nakupujících úzkou uličkou.
At the beginning of February, on weekday evenings, quite a few people, but even so, I had 4 pairs of skis set up to wait without waiting :) It would take a little more space for customers - people walk around the queue of shoppers through a narrow alley.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to book my bike for service, came there for them to tell me that i would have to wait a week for them to start working on it. I told them that I need the spokes on my wheel straightened only, so they took a look. 10 minutes later they came back saying that my frame and shocks are bent (which they were not) and that it would cost me an additional 4000kc,- to service my bike. They returned to bike to me saying there was nothing they could do and to go to a different shop in Dejvicka. Useless place that I will never be coming back too, dont bother on bike service there.
