★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lyžování a snowboardování je dobré. Sjezdovky jsou upravené, ale jednu velkou chybu to má. Vlek byl špinavý. Všichni mají zničené kalhoty od oleje. Lyžařské kalhoty nejsou úplně levná záležitost a proto my to připadá nepřístupné, nechat lidi jezdit na vleku, který je špinavý.
 Skiing and snowboarding is good. The slopes are groomed, but it has one big mistake. The lift was dirty. They all have oiled pants. Ski pants are not a completely cheap affair and therefore we find it inaccessible to let people ride on a ski lift that is dirty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na svetlem vrchu se buduje krasna drevena rozhledna. Bohuzel zatim neni dokoncena, ale az bude, stane se z ni urcite oblibene a vyhledavane misto.
A beautiful wooden lookout tower is being built on the light of the hill. Unfortunately, it is not finished yet, but when it does, it will definitely become a popular and sought-after place.

přál bych si upřímně něco říci.
Areál jako takový mě příjemně prekvapil.
Nýbrž jednání obsluhy, překračuje všechny meze.
Díky nepříjemnosti vlekaře, je naše opětovná návštěva naprosto vyloučená.
Pokud Vám alespoň trošku záleží na spokojenosti vašich klientů, bych vřele doporučit hluboké personální změny.

Good day,
I would like to say something honestly.
The area as such pleasantly surprised me.
But the actions of the operator, exceeds all limits.
Due to the inconvenience of the lift, our re-visit is completely out of the question.
If you care at least a little about the satisfaction of your clients, I would highly recommend deep personnel changes.

2. Se na začátku nedal pomalu sebrat... nevím radši bych šel jinam.
Skiing good, so one thing the slope was so crooked. And the lift? Horror for the 1st terribly pushed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrubě nedoporučuji pro rodiče jejichž malé dítko si chce zkusit večerní lyžování. Dcera stála na lyžích 6 den a zvládá pomu kdekoliv s malou pomocí. Vlekař tam od 19.04 skoro nebyl a musela jsem dceři pomáhat sama, což mi jako ne příliš zkušenému lyžaři nešlo. Vznikala za námi fronta a ani to pana vlekaře nezvedlo. Dcera, že se bojí a bylo ji hrubě odpovězeno není se čeho bát. To je pravda, ale když chcete pozitivně motivovat 5ti leté dítě, tak zde opravdu ne!!! Doporučuji vlek u Tomáše na Mariánské hoře, kde jsou vždy vlídní a vždy pomohou. Lepší ceny, možnost parkování ;-)
I do not recommend it for parents whose little child wants to try night skiing. The daughter has been skiing for 6 days and manages to help anywhere with little help. The ski lift was almost not there since 19.04 and I had to help my daughter myself, which I didn't like as a very experienced skier. A queue was formed behind us, and even that didn't lift Mr. Lift. The daughter that she is afraid and has been roughly answered has nothing to fear. That is true, but if you want to positively motivate a 5-year-old child, not really here !!! I recommend the lift at Tomáš's on Mariánská hora, where they are always kind and always helpful. Better prices, parking available ;-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We know this place very well. We supported them during the Covid time. But an employee just insults people with dirty words, saying dirty words in front of kids. And I am not even evaluating the lift and the food they provide. We were here last time, of course. Hope for more friendly people…
