★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's OK place for skiing BUT, customer service is horrible. We came up on Sunday, and got tickets early in the morning. There was no weather sign posted anywhere nor did the cashier mention that they might close the lift due to high winds.
We rode the lift exactly two times when they shut it down because of the winds. Upon inquiry at guest services we were told that they warned everyone about the winds (not true) and refused to give us back money. After my suggestion to resolve the issue with raincheck, the lady laughed and shut the ticket window literally in my face.
Unfortunately they lost a customer and I'd hope my experience will save you problems in the future.
I work for a ski resort and this just would be unacceptable behaviour towards customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Beskydy, a very nice resort, nicely prepared. Unfortotunately, with lots and lots of people and huge waiting times. This is, however, not a fault of the resort (not many other comparable resorts are available here, and I guess that some people who would otherwise go to Slovak resorts like Vrátná cannot get there due to their crazy Covid measures). In the end, I was better climbing up on belts, which took roughly the same time as waiting in the line...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great mini-ski resort with 4 seater lift. Just people are not a aware of slope rules so it is bit dangerous to go there with small kids !
