Tato informace navíc není nikde pořádně uvedena, takže automaticky předpokládáte, že jde o jeden areál a pak šlapete do kopce. Obsluha na mě čumí z kukaně, že mi nejde projít turniketem a není ochotna zvednout zadek a jít to vysvětlit. Pak se objeví druhý vlekař a jen naštvaně utrousí, že jestli mám permici ze shora, tak mám smůlu. Nedokážu posoudit, na čí straně je pravda, ale je to jejich problém, za který zákazník nemůže. Takže bohužel. Hornímu areálu dávám alespoň * za obsluhu dole u vleku. There are two different operators on the slope on both sides of the slope and are unable to agree on permanent recognition. Oczywiście brak widocznej informacji na kasach, podczas kupowania skipasu nikt nie informuje o tym ograniczeniu. Żeby było śmiesznie, zarówno oznakowanie parkingów (P1, P2, P3) jak i mapki tego kompleksu wprowadzają wrażenie, że to jeden kompleks. Trasa kiepsko przygotowana - wydaj się, że nie była ratrakowana od poprzedniego dnia. NOTE - two lifts on one slope, several dozen meters apart, but not accepting their skipasses. Of course, there is no visible information at the ticket office, when buying a skipass, no one indicates this limitation. To make it funny, both the marking of parking lots (P1, P2, P3) and maps of this complex bring the impression that it is one complex. Sjezdovka pro děti, malý kopec a uzavřené hřiště. Vše hezky upravené. Probably ideal for families. All facilities in a friendly spirit. Individual ski lessons for the youngest. Great. Ski slope for children, small hill and closed playground. All nicely groomed.
N	Norman D. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ein kleines Skigebiet direkt am Rand von Vrchlabi. Wir hatten unser Ferienhaus direkt in Vrchlabi und fanden es hier ganz gut! Die kleine Piste die mit dem Schlepplift befahren werden kann ist super für Anfänger. Die südlichste Piste gehört nicht zu diesem Skigebiet, das sollte man auf jeden Fall wissen. An der Kasse findet sich dazu nur ein kleiner Hinweis! Ansonsten relativ günstig, außerdem ist Gastronomie vorhanden. A small ski area right on the edge of Vrchlabi. We had our holiday home directly in Vrchlabi and found it quite good here! The small slope that can be used with the drag lift is great for beginners. The southernmost slope does not belong to this ski area, you should definitely know that. There is only a small note at the checkout! Otherwise relatively cheap, there is also gastronomy.
M	Mark Spikker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Op deze berg zijn twee aparte skigebieden: Het linkerdeel Peak Ski Resort Kněžický (P1 en P2 gratis) en het rechterdeel Skireál Vrchlabi Kněžický vrch - Kebrlák (P3 soms betaald). Voor beide gebieden moeten aparte kaartjes voor de lift worden gekocht, deze zijn jammer genoeg niet onderling uitwisselbaar. Bij voldoende sneeuw kun je wel van het ene gebied naar het andere skiën.Beide gebieden zijn eenvoudig en zeer geschikt voor gezinnen met kleinere kinderen en beginnende skiërs. Hapje en drankje zijn verkrijgbaar beneden bij beide liften. Sneeuwkanonnen aanwezig. There are two separate ski areas on this mountain: the left part Peak Ski Resort Kněžický (P1 and P2 free) and the right part Skireál Vrchlabi Kněžický vrch - Kebrlák (P3 sometimes paid). Separate lift tickets must be purchased for both areas, which are unfortunately not interchangeable. With enough snow you can ski from one area to another, both areas are easy and great for families with smaller children and novice skiers. Snacks and drinks are available downstairs at both lifts. Snow cannons available.
O	Ondřej Kuba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Služby v areálu zamrzly v čase někde na konci devadesátek. Restaurace nemá dostatečnou propustnost ani kapacitu míst pro počet návštěvníků areálu. Platby kartou až od 200 CZK? Kde to jsme? Mimo tento prales zaplatím kartou klidně žvýkačky za 10 Kč. Při těch maržích, co máte si těch pár % za platbu kartou klidně můžete dovolit... Totéž u pokladny - kartou pouze jízdné, zálohy na skipas jen v hotovosti?!? Opět, v čem je problém??? Při cenách skipasů, denní tržby několik set tisíc ... Sjezdovka u dětského pásu je úzká, na krajích ledové hroudy (od pásů rolby). Propojovací cesty v areálu jeden led. Services on the premises froze in time somewhere in the late nineties. O	Oleg Tr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family have visited this place in early February 2020, so 4 years daughter may learn to ski and we wanted to ski try to ski in new place, as we are usually going to Spindleruv mlyn. Unfortunately weather was warm and everything was melting. Still ski area was open and at skischool "SkiLenka" we were told that conditions to teach a child were good. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by level of service in this school. -ski area was not prepared during a night, seems they do not take care of it at all. Due to melt there was only ice, so child could not ski at all. Despite this was not her first time skiing. -we took 2 hours of individual lessons for a child. We were asked to pay also for renting ski. Finally for 50 EUR, our child was there 40 min, then refused to ski. SkiLenka did not offer at least a partial compensation. -Ski instructors, were very young and could not find a chemistry with a child. This was another reason why 4 years old daughter refused to ski. Finally we went to Spindleruv mlyn which is 15 min drive. Where ski conditions were very good that day comparing to Vrchlabi. Our 4y daughter went to Majasport skischool, which she liked a lot and all 3 instructors with whom she was learning. Outcome: due to not being customer friendly, never again go to Vrchlabi and SkiLenka. Spindleruv mlyn - fully recommend. 5star service, at same price.
