A professional service and access can be expected in the sports shop. The ski school is the best in Harrachov, teaching is fun and effective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den. Jen malé varování před půjčením elektro-kola v této půjčovně. S přítelkyní jsme si půjčili kola Scott za 1600Kč na den. Po 1km se rozpadaly šlapky a uvolněná řídítka. Dojem a zážitek z jízdy katastrofa a při reklamaci se setkáte s arogancí a nepochopením. Nikdy už více v tomto obchodě...Absolutní diletantismus . Podnikání po česku kde ještě nepochopili ,že pokud se za službu platí tak by měla dle toho vypadat . Nedoporučuji nikomu !
Good day. Just a small warning against renting an e-bike at this rental shop. My girlfriend and I rented Scott bikes for CZK 1,600 a day. After 1km, the hookers and loose handlebars fell apart. The impression and experience of driving a disaster and when complaining you will encounter arrogance and misunderstanding. Never again in this business ... Absolute dilettantism. Doing business in the Czech Republic where they have not yet understood that if they pay for the service, it should look like that. I do not recommend to anyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick and easy e-mountainbike rent, to the point service and cheaper deposit than with other rental services. Bikes (scott-emtb) were okay, didn't have any problems with the two bikes we rented.
Fyi, the deposit can also be done in euro's to avoid exchange costs, bikes themselves need to be done in local currency.
One of the employees speaks English, helped us with the route.
