Negativní recenze maže, pozitivní mu píší zaměstnanci, přátelé a dokonce i on sám.Ve svých odpovědích lže a mlží. Pokud vám bude tvrdit, že jste dostali slevu, máte větší šanci, že vám ji spíš zvedl. Když ví, že je zákazník movitější s radostí mu zvedne cenu. Nedodržuje termíny, rád účtuje vícepráce a bezpečnost práce je mu naprosto cizí! Klidně vám prodá výrobek s kazem, ale slevu nečekejte. Příště raději k Látalovi
