Pokud nastane problém, má volat firma zákazníkovi, ne aby si on pokaždé co není dodržen termín z jejich strany, si musel volat zákazník, co se děje. To, že se stala chyba na straně jejich dodavatele je možné, ale prostě komunikace se zákazníkem by měla být.
The quality of service is great, it just spoils the communication with the customer. If a problem arises, the company should call the customer, not to get him every time the deadline is not met by them, the customer has to call what is happening. That a mistake on the part of their supplier is possible, but simply communication with the customer should be.
