★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nekvalitní provedení zinkování vedoucí ke korozi kovových profilů už po několika týdnech. K takzvané nápravě, přetřením barvou, došlo až po několika urgencích z mé strany. Žádná další kompenzace tohoto nekvalitního provedení nenastala, ani omluvy jsem se nedočkal, přesto že jsem vyřizováním reklamace strávil spoustu času. Svým jednáním i provedením prací mne firma přesvědčila o své neserioznosti.
Poor quality galvanizing leading to corrosion of metal profiles after only a few weeks. The so-called correction, overpainting with paint, occurred only after several urgencies on my part. There was no further compensation for this poor quality design, nor did I receive an apology, despite the fact that I spent a lot of time handling the complaint. With its actions and work, the company convinced me of its unseriousness.
