Tedy zbytečně vyhozené peníze, přesto, že jsem na to upozorňovala majitelku - zakladatelku školy, nebyla mi vrácena ani část peněz. Kontakt pre komunikáciu je len na pani dr vo všetkých jej pobočkách.Telefon neberie. Aj napriek jasne vyslovenemu odmietnutiu distačnej výuky mi nikdy neboli vrátené peniaze za výuku, ktorá sa nikdy neuskutočnila. Takže za mňa, nie . I was very much looking forward to KAMATÉ school. M	Martina Sejkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi špatná komunikace, pokud něco chcete stornovat . Na webových stránkách jen 1 telefonní kontakt, telefon zvoní, nikdo nebere, na email nikdo neodpovídá. Chtěla jsem odstoupit od smlouvy, dle pravidel ve smlouvě, bohužel jsem se nikam nedovolala. Komunikace a majitelkou nastala až po 1,5 měsíci!! Majitelka nechce storno uznat, budu to muset řešit s čoi. Very poor communication if you want to cancel something. D	Dalibor Vacek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji! Po zakoupení letního pobytu jsem se nakonec rozhodl odstoupit od smlouvy dle smluvních podmínek (dnes jsou již upravené - zřejmě po mém incidentu). Zaslal jsem výpověď písemně 14 dní před započetím služby, kdy mělo být vráceno 100% ceny. Paní Kastnerová nekomunikuje a na nic nereaguje. Výpověď se vrátila zpět jako nepřevzatá. Dostalo se mi pouze jedné odpovědi, kdy se majitelka vymlouvá, ale z odpovědi je patrné, že částku 7.000 Kč vrátit nehodlá. Při koupi služby byla ovšem komunikace velmi pružná. Záležitost budu řešit právní cestou. I do not recommend! When buying the service, however, the communication was very flexible. I will resolve the matter through legal means.
