Musím varovat před jednáním této firmy. Zboží nám přišlo v pořádku v termínu, ale dodali nám jeden jiný kus nábytku než jsme objednali. Reklamaci, ale vyřešili do týdne a bez problémů nám zboží vyměnili, jako omluvu nám zaslali nástěnku zdarma. Seamless communication, helpfulness, quality products. We ordered furniture for the school group. The goods arrived on time, but they delivered a different piece of furniture than we ordered. Complaints, but they resolved them within a week and exchanged the goods for us without any problems, as an apology they sent us a free notice board.

Byli velmi ochotní a šikovní. We order skolato regularly from the company and we have good experience with them. In particular, I must highlight the assemblers who came to assemble our boards. They were very helpful and handy.
J	Jana Ošeldová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ U této firmy jsme objednali lavice a židle poprvé. Nevím, zda jsme natrefili na vadnou sérii, ale nejsme vůbec spokojeni. To, že je markantní rozdíl v odstínu desky lavice a židlí, bych přežila. Lavice i židle se však polohovaly velmi ztěžka, vysunovaly se vyloženě násilím a docházelo k poškrábaní laku. Reklamovali jsme tedy poprvé. Lavice si z firmy odvezli, odřené části přelakovali ( důkladně i některé šrouby). Bohužel nyní se nedají šrouby povolit ani akuvrtačkou, při opakovaných pokusech dochází ke stržení hlavy šroubu. Druhou reklamaci jsem zasílala 16.4., dosud nikdo nereagoval. Od října máme tedy lavice a židle, které nemůžeme používat. We ordered benches and chairs from this company for the first time. I don't know if we came across a faulty series, but we are not satisfied at all. I would survive that there is a marked difference in the shade of the bench and chair. However, the benches and chairs were very difficult to position, they were pushed out by force and the paint was scratched. So we complained for the first time. They took the benches out of the company, repainted the abraded parts (thoroughly also some screws). Unfortunately, it is now not possible to loosen the screws even with a cordless drill; I sent the second complaint on April 16, no one has responded yet. So from October we have benches and chairs that we can't use.

Jednalo se o objednávku jednomístných sestav, desinfekčních stojanů a zařízení venkovní učebny. Rychlé, milé a vstřícné jednání. Ochotně nám poradili s výběrem a jsme maximálně spokojeni. Výrobky jsou kvalitně zpracovány a těšíme se až je budeme moci s žáky plně využívat. It was an order for single-seat sets, disinfection stands and outdoor classroom equipment. Fast, kind and helpful dealings. They willingly advised us with the selection and we are extremely satisfied. The products are well made and we look forward to being able to make full use of them with the pupils.
