★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi prijemna obsluha, umi poradit, najit ideální reseni (pomer cena/vykon), ptali se, aby zjistili, co skutecne potrebuji. Nechal jsem si tu seridit dve kola, oproti puvodne potvrzenemu terminu vse stihli o den drive. Proste, profici a tak nejak by to melo byt. Rad doporucuji.
Very friendly staff, can advise, find the ideal solution (price / performance ratio), asked to find out what I really need. I had two bikes adjusted here, compared to the originally confirmed deadline, they all managed to drive one day. Just, professionals, and somehow it should be. I like to recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší obchod přístup hrůza.... Mate něco v záruce ale Pan vám řekne záruku vám na to neuznam.... takže lepší je si opravit vše doma sám než jezdit do tak předraženého obchodu....
The worst store approach is horrible .... You have something under warranty but the Lord will tell you a guarantee you won't know .... so it's better to fix everything at home yourself than to go to such an overpriced store ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší servis na zahradní techniku. nedoporučil bych ho ani svému nepříteli. Banální opravu sekačky nedovedou zhotovit ani do 16 dní. Stálé výmluvy a posouvání termínu dokončení. Nakonec, že chybí náhradní díl, který mu nedodali. Po 16 dnech jsem sekačku vyzvedl zpět a odvezl ke konkurenci. Závadu odstanili ihned a nebylo třeba náhradní díl. Pouhý svár u řemenice vše odtranil. Kdyby to šlo, tak bych nedal ani jednu hvězdičku. Ani se neomluví.

Permanent excuses and postponement of the completion date. In the end, he lacks a spare part that they didn't supply. After 16 days, I picked up the mower and took it to the competition. They rectified the fault immediately and did not need a spare part. The mere weld at the pulley removed everything. If I could, I wouldn't give a single star. He doesn't even apologize.
