Dobry den, Objednali jsme si zbozi pres eshop s osobnim vyzvednutim na prodejne. Jakmile zbozi dorazilo na prodejnu, prisel email, ze si zbozi muzeme vyzvednout a otviraci doba obchodu. Pouze ve ctvrtek bylo mozne vyzvednout zbozi az do 18h, jine dny byla otviraci doba kratsi. Proto manzel vyrazil do obchudku ve ctvrtek po praci cca v 16.30. Kdyz tam prisel, na dverich byla uplne jina otviraci doba, avsak pani provozni sedela v obchode. Manzel vzal za kliku, pani provozni ho videla, avsak se ani neuracila stoupnout a zeptat se co potrebuje.s neporizenou odjel manzel domu, naprosto zbytecna cesta. V patek otviracka pouze do 12h - vetsina lidi chodi do prace (takze otviracka na nic) a na vikend jsme uz zbozi potrebovali. Kdyz jsem psala do obchodu email, ze tohle chovani je neprofesionalni, tak mi pani Hotkova odepsala, ze byla nucena zmenit otviraci dobu a ze se v pripade osobniho odberu ma klepat :DDD Mozna kdyby pani zvedla svuj z....
Good day, We ordered goods through an e-shop with a personal collection at the store. As soon as the goods arrived at the store, an email arrived that we could pick up the goods and the opening hours of the store. Only on Thursday it was possible to pick up the goods until 6 pm, on other days the opening hours were shorter. Therefore, the husband went to the shop on Thursday after work at about 4.30 pm. When he got there, there was a completely different opening time on the door, but the lady was sitting in the store. The husband took the handle, the maid saw him, but she didn't even dare to climb up and ask what she needed. On Friday, opening only until 12 noon - most people go to work (so opening for nothing) and we already needed goods for the weekend. When I wrote an e-mail to the store that this behavior was unprofessional, Ms. Hotkova wrote back to me that she was forced to change the opening hours and that in case of personal collection I should be knocked: DDD Maybe if the lady picked up her ....

Jak shrnout zkušenost s tímto obchodem? Na začátek všem, kteří chtějí nakoupit v Eshopu zásadně toto NEDOPORUČUJI!!! Má zkušenost – Po mé objednávce (kterou jsem bohužel uhradila předem) mi neustále posouvali termín doručení. Snažila jsem se s obchodem spojit (emaily, chat), ale ze začátku marně. Po neustálém psaní mi bylo odpovězeno, že se čeká na naskladnění (prý problém s dodavatelem) a že začátkem následujícího týdne bude má objednávka expedována. Skutečně mi přišel email od Zásilkovny, tak jsem si zatleskala, že je to za mnou. Po druhém dni čekání jsem zjistila, že sice podnět k expedici zadán od obchodu byl, ale balík do Zásilkovny nedodali. Tudíž opět emailový maraton co se děje! Znovu bylo zjištěno, že v mé objednávce opět něco chybí. Dala jsem podnět, ať už mi objednávku pošlou i bez chybějícího zboží. Nakonec se jednalo o svíčku, kterou tedy nahradili podobnou (byť dorazila zlomená). Zboží jsem po neustálém nahánění obdržela po cca 14-ti dnech. A nyní se již dalších 14 dní snažím s obchodem domluvit na vrácení jedné položky z mé objednávky a nikdo se mnou nekomunikuje, neodepisuje na emaily, prostě nic!!! Takže závěr – jeden dort pro dceru a přes měsíc starostí a to ještě nejsem u konce, protože mi stále nikdo neodepsal. Takže již chápu, že má obchod pouze tel. číslo na SMS!!! A dosti mě udivuje, jak aktivní reakce obchod na recenze má a na emaily zákazníků nikdo neodepisuje! JIŽ NIKDY!!!
How to summarize the experience with this business? At the beginning, I do NOT RECOMMEND this to everyone who wants to buy in the Eshop !!! My experience - After my order (which I unfortunately paid in advance), my delivery date was constantly postponed. I tried to connect with the store (emails, chat), but from the beginning in vain. After constant writing, I was told that I was waiting for stocking (allegedly a problem with the supplier) and that my order would be shipped at the beginning of the following week. I actually received an email from Zásilkovna, so I applauded that it was over. After the second day of waiting, I found out that the initiative to send the dispatch was given by the store, but they did not deliver the package to the Mailbox. So again email marathon what's going on! It was found again that something was missing from my order again. I gave the suggestion that they would send me the order even without the missing goods. In the end, it was a candle, which they replaced with a similar one (although it arrived broken). I received the goods after constant chasing after about 14 days. And now for the next 14 days I am trying to agree with the store on the return of one item from my order and no one communicates with me, does not write to emails, just nothing !!! So the conclusion - one cake for my daughter and over a month of worries, and I'm not done yet, because no one has written to me yet. So I already understand that the store only has a phone number on SMS !!! And I'm quite amazed at how active the store has to respond to reviews and nobody writes off to customers' emails! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Velice neochotná a nepříjemně se tvářící řekla bych přímo paní majitelka. Cesta přes celé Brno už nikdy víc.

S každým nákupem jsem zde byla spokojená,kvalita,rychlost ,prostě vše.? A dnes se mi potvrdilo,ze ochota lidi v obchůdku je neuvěřitelná,děkuji mockrát ? Jinde už nenakupuji a ani to nemam v plánu,vše co potřebuji tu mám na jednom místě ?
