★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slanou, pokud nejedete někoho navštívit, asi bez zájmu projedete a stejně tak i čtvero dalších obcí, které pod Slanou spadají (jenom hřbitovy mají vlastní). Možná se Vám zalíbí na temeni některého z kopců skýtajících výhledy na Krkonoše nebo nejvyšší kopec Českého ráje, Kozákov. Pujdete-li přes Slanou pěšky, kulturní dům a obecní úřad zahrnuje také hospodu.
 If you are not going to visit somebody, you will probably drive without salt, as well as four other villages that fall under Slaná (only cemeteries have their own). Maybe you will like the top of one of the hills offering views of the Giant Mountains or the highest hill of the Bohemian Paradise, Kozakov. If you walk across Slaná, the cultural center and the municipal office also include a pub.
