★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od doby, kdy budova přešla pod Sportovní zařízení města Kroměříže, došlo ke značnému zlepšení jak venkovního, tak i vnitřního vzhledu. Budova má novou fasádu, uvnitř jsou všechny prostory nově vymalovány. Byly opraveny odpady. Je tu upraven i barový kout. Největší místnost je velká moderní basketbalová hala, dále je zde judo sál s úplně novým odpruženým tatami, karate sál s gumovým tatami, menší místnost na pinpong, dále fitko, v suterénu šatny, sprchy, WC, sauna. V budově jsou pak ještě i další kancelářské místnosti a byt správce. Vedle budovy je parkoviště. Nedostatkem je, že přístup není bezbariérový a není víkendový provoz.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Označení "tělocvična" přesně vystihuje tento prostor. Pro sportovní kroužky je to dobré, ale to je tak vše. Nejnutnější zásahy pouze udržují halu jakž takž v provozu, o nějaké rekonstrukci nemůže být řeč. Tento problém vyřeší pouze stavba nové sportovní haly jinde ve městě. Bohužel je to zatim prakticky jediný prostor pro halové kolektivní sporty v Kroměříži. Navíc bez možnosti jiného využití (např. koncert).
The name "gym" accurately describes this space. It's good for sports clubs, but that's all. The most necessary interventions only keep the hall in operation anyway, there can be no question of any reconstruction. Only the construction of a new sports hall elsewhere in the city will solve this problem. Unfortunately, it is still practically the only space for indoor team sports in Kroměříž. In addition, without the possibility of other uses (eg concert).
