Pouze pro fyzicky zdatné jedince...krásný adrenalin...jde i o zdraví pokud nebude člověk opatrný....
Only for physically fit individuals ... beautiful adrenaline ... it's also about health if you are not careful ....

Hodně zvláštní a zajímavé místo tvoří výškovou dominantu obce Tupadly. Až o 200 let později vstoupil do děje romantický mecenáš Antonín Veith, majitel liběchovského panství, který tu v roce 1840 zahájil stavbu zámečku Slavín s maurskými prvky a plánovanými 4 věžemi. A very peculiar and interesting place is the height landmark of Tupadly. Multiply the resulting impression by two if you visit the site in the middle of the winter. Previously there was a fortress named Kostelec, which was severely damaged during the Thirty Years' War. 200 years later, Romantic patron Antonin Veith, the owner of the Liběchov manor, who began building the Slavín chateau with Moorish elements and planned 4 towers, entered into the process. Because of the financial problems he managed to complete only one eight-prong prismatic tower, which began to serve as a tourist lookout tower in 1873. Since 2002, the building serves as a meditation center for the Buddhist Association of Samadhi. There is not enough fund to rebuild all this beauty. The object is not usualy accesible (except for certain dates) - I was lucky and made some photos, unfortunately I only shot with mobile cam and in bad weather and light, so the result is very poor, but it can hopefuly serve to the travelers who will not get inside.

The object is not (except for exceptions) normally accessible - I was lucky and took a few photos, unfortunately I only took photos with a mobile phone and in bad weather, so the result is very poor, but perhaps it will serve to imagine travelers who will not get inside.
The beautiful tower, just a pity, is not open to the public ☹️

The place is interesting, unfortunately for those interested in sightseeing, the private area of the castle is mostly closed. We didn't mind because we knew about this condition, but I understand that if someone is planning a trip here and only comes across a fence, they are disappointed. We were more disappointed by the closed access to the Devil's Heads not far from here

Zavřeno už několik let. Možnost poslechu buddhistických písní přes plot. V ulici pod zámkem, Tupadly 76, bude brzy mobilni kavárna "Zklamáni z vyhlidky".
Closed for several years. Possibility of listening to Buddhist songs over the fence. In the street below the castle, Tupadly 76, there will soon be a mobile café "Disappointed with the prospect".

Unfortunately, this castle is owned by a private individual and is said to be open once a year. It's a pity such a distance and none of it.

From a distance, nice to look at, you will walk a relatively steep path ending in a nice rocky alley and at the end you will be disappointed with a closed gate.
