Paní na reklamacích nám velmi pomohla při reklamování a přes veškeré komplikace s pandemií, svátky atd. jsme se dočkali kompletní reklamace. Spousta firem by se mohla učit ochotnosti k lidem jako paní tady. We had a problem with the goods we bought. Opakovaně z nich nekontrolovatelně uniká voda, chybí ochranné prvky pro zanášení sanitrem, barevnost a materiál je také k diskuzi - baterie jsou na první pohled seskládány z různého druhu kovu a liší se v základní barevnosti a funkčních vlastnostech. Záruka na povrchovou úpravu neplatí. S výrobcem je velmi složitá komunikace, nedodržuje základní lhůty pro vyřizování reklamací a neustále papouškuje otřepané fráze a popírá stav závad, přesto, že má k dispozici kompletní video a fotodokumentaci. Obchod nedoporučuji z důvodu velmi nízké kvality zboží i nevhodné komunikace výrobce a nulovém respektu ke spotřebitelskému zákonu. Water repeatedly leaks uncontrollably from them, there are no protective elements for clogging with sanitary, the color and the material are also discussable - the batteries are at first glance composed of different types of metal and differ in basic color and functional properties. The surface treatment guarantee does not apply. It is very difficult to communicate with the manufacturer, does not meet the basic deadlines for handling complaints and constantly parrots dull phrases and denies the state of defects, despite the fact that it has complete video and photo documentation. I do not recommend the store due to the very low quality of the goods and inappropriate communication of the manufacturer and zero respect for consumer law.

Největší šílenost co se mi dostal do ruk je produkt L547SM, to opravdu vymyslel někdo, kdo se nad instalaci vůbec nepozastavil.... Concealed faucets cannot be installed according to standards, the manual does not make sense on its own, stable installation is almost impossible. The biggest craze I got in my hands is the L547SM product, it was really invented by someone who didn't stop at all about the installation ....

Po par rokoch baterie kvapkaju, tak som objednal originalne nahradne vrsky Rav Slezak. Vrsky nepasuju, neda sa nasadit paka baterie. Kontaktoval som firmu s tymto problemom a prisla mi odpoved z technickeho oddelenia, citujem: “ Dobrý den, výrobce vršků změnil rozměr hřídelky.”. Dakujem velmi pekne za takuto odpoved, naozaj mi pomohla. Predavate nahradne diely, ktore sa nedaju pouzit. Gratulujem k nepravdivemu sloganu, ktory mate na webe: “O meno firmy sa staráme tak, aby naši zákazníci boli vždy maximálne spokojní.” Average battery quality at a reasonable price. I also chose batteries due to the good availability of spare parts. After a few years, the batteries are dripping, so I ordered the original Rav Slezak spare parts. The layers do not fit, the battery pack cannot be attached. I contacted the company with this problem and I received a response from the technical department, I quote: "Hello, the top manufacturer has changed the size of the shaft. ”. Thank you very much for such an answer, she really helped me. You are selling spare parts that cannot be used. Congratulations on the false slogan you have on the web: "We take care of the company's name so that our customers are always as satisfied as possible."

Jelikoz nemam cas se zabyvat reklamacema tak jsem si to opravil. Slo o chybu vyroby kolem nalisovaneho futra na otocnem krku to teklo ne na o krouzcich ale primo v lisovanem spoji a vytikalo to zavitem zajistovacim cervikem takze teflonova paska na cervik a ok. Mozna jen špatný kus ale nevim podle zdejsich recenci. Jednu jineho typu jsem kupoval pred dvema roky a ta je v pohode. Since I don't have time to deal with complaints, I fixed it. It was a manufacturing error around the pressed fur on the swivel neck, it flowed not on the rings but directly in the pressed joint, and it stood out with a threaded locking worm, so a Teflon tape on the worm and mesh. Maybe just the wrong piece, but I don't know from their local reviews. I bought one other type two years ago and it's fine.
