★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejlepsi realitni kancelar v celem regionu. Cilem majitelu a makleru je opravdu na prvnim miste pomoct vsem ucastnikum obchodu a vse vyresit za ne bez nejakych poplatku. Sami si za provizi berou malo, i kdyz to jsou opravdovi profesionalove v oboru!!!. Ostatni realitky jsou zraloci z vas dostat hlavne penize.
The best real estate agency in the region. The aim of the owner and broker is really on the first place to help all the shopkeepers and solve everything for them without any charge. They themselves take a small commission, even though they are really professional in the field !!!. The other realtors are mature from getting mainly money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně neprofesionální přístup. Neúplné a mylné informace k nemovitosti. Prodávají něco o čem sami nic neví, na povrch vychází problémy až po podpisu smluv. Nedoporučuji!
Absolutely unprofessional approach. Incomplete and incorrect information about the property. They sell something they don't know anything about, the problems only come to light after the contracts are signed. I do not recommend!

Martiny Rzeszutove a vysoká profesionalita paní makléřky Anny Byrtusove při zadávání zakázky a při všech procesních úkonech,souvisejících s prodejem, takže transakce proběhla bez problémů a rychle. Agenturu určitě doporučuji!
Excellent experience with this real estate agency in the sale of a membership share in a housing cooperative. I really liked the helpful kind approach of the head of the agency, Mrs. Bc. Martina Rzeszutov and the high professionalism of the broker Anna Byrtusov in the award of the contract and in all procedural steps related to the sale, so the transaction went smoothly and quickly. I definitely recommend the agency!
