Místo toho, aby zjistili, kde vznikla chybička odeslali babičku neslyšící domu s tím že potřebuje naslouchadlo i na druhé ucho.Problem řešili až když jsem tam musela dojít osobně a dokázat jim potvrzením od doktora, že opravdu nefunguje a že babička nepotřebuje druhé.Na to ,že jejich klientela je převážně starší generace je jejich chování k nim nedůstojné.
