SmartStep replaced the floor covering with us. We were very satisfied with the quality of design and communication. Everything went smoothly, by appointment, we appreciated the helpfulness and willingness to accept our time options. We will definitely be happy to use SmartStep in the future as well.

I strongly warn against the practices of this company. In the summer of 2021, they created an indicative price offer for complete floors worth 132 thousand. We agreed on everything via email, when they were then allowed to enter the building to survey the floors and create an exact price for the floors, the implementation was directed to November 2021. Subsequently, they sent the same price along with an advance invoice (70%) for ordering material, approx. a month and a half before implementation. At the end of November, the company started and leveled the floors. After the first day of work, however, they sent an "apologetic" e-mail stating that the floors are poorly oriented and forgot to include the laying of the floor in the original price offer, they got 185 thousand in the new price offer and floor for 150 thousand, with the proviso that the surcharge will be "no invoice", if I do not even agree, the work will end. They wrote all the communication by e-mail (I can prove it). Furthermore, the time schedule of the work they wrote in the e-mail was not adhered to. They ordered the material, which was paid a month and a half in advance, only after my urging, after the leveling was finished at the end of November. Unfortunately, the customer then has to increase prices if he is followed by another schedule of work and companies and cannot afford to wait another 2 months for another company. This company knows this well and relies on the customer to increase the price. If you decide for this company, insist on a perfect contract for work, which will be signed before the start of implementation!

Last week, SmartStep completed 110 m2 of floors for one entire floor in an old building. Perfect preparation, course and submission of clean work exactly according to the agreed schedule. The architect who supervised the work was impressed by the approach and willingness to work on weekends. Everyone can come to work at the Ottlens Eye Clinic. We highly recommend the boys and wish you many more orders and we are looking forward to covering the next floors.

The SmartStep company changed the floor covering and doors as part of the apartment's reconstruction. We were 100% satisfied with the entire course of the contract, from negotiation, selection in the showroom in Šumperk to implementation. Everything went according to agreement and the result exceeded our expectations.
