★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na Kladně v Mitsubishi jsem se setkal vždy s dobrým přístupem a ochotou a vše co jsem od nich s vozem potřeboval vyřešili bez jediného problému a k mojí plné spokojenosti.

Nicméně mě zaskočila vysoká cena za napojení vozidla na diagnostiku.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemohu si stěžovat. Opravili mi to co mi v jiném autorizovaném servisu Jeep nedokázali opravit. Přímací technik pan Pecháček byl moc hodný a o všem co budou dělat mě předem kontaktoval a vše vysvětlil. Pro mě zatím nejlepší komunikace se servisem.
Jen ta cena mohlo být trošku jiná ta mě překvapila ale vše opravili takže palec nahoru.
I can't complain. They fixed what they could not fix for me at another Jeep Authorized Service Center. The directing technician, Mr. Pecháček, was very kind and contacted me in advance about everything they would do and explained everything. For me so far, the best communication with the service.
Only the price could have been a little different, it surprised me, but they fixed everything so thumbs up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kvalitní a vstřícný servis. Příjemné zázemí pro zákazníky, občerstvení, káva... A určitě by bylo fajn, mít při delším čekání možnost připojit se na wifi. Sítí je kolem dost, ale heslo žádné :)
Quality and helpful service. Pleasant facilities for customers, refreshments, coffee ... And it would be nice to have the possibility to connect to wifi for a long time. Networking is around enough, but no password :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel velké zklamání u auta které jsem chtěl nechat opravit. První otázka servisního technika byla jak je auto starý né jaký mám problém s autem ?♂️ Důvod této otázky mi nějak uchází. Technik moc neoplýval ochotou na prohlídku vozu a ani na moje vysvětlení co s tím jen, prostě střílel od boku závady které to údajně může mít. Z auta tekl olej z důvodu prasklé tlakové hadičky . Měl jsem dojem jako kdybych otravoval a zdržoval se starým autem. No jo no nepřijel jsem s novým autem.
Unfortunately, a big disappointment for the car I wanted to have repaired. The first question of the service technician was how old the car is and what my problem is with the car ?♂️ The reason for this question somehow misses me. The technician did not have much willingness to inspect the car or even to my explanation of what he was doing, he just shot from the side of the defect that it allegedly may have. Oil leaked from the car due to a ruptured pressure hose. I felt as if I was annoying and staying in an old car. Well, I didn't come with a new car.
