★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když už se zázračnou souhrou okolností stane, že tam někdo je, tak vlídná obsluha a výborné kurzy. Ale tak v polovině případů návštěvy mě místo otevřených dveří přivítá ten za*ranej ciferník, na kterým je kolikrát avizovaná víc jak půlhodina čekání ???
Personál má na pauzu právo, ale má být napsaná na otevírací době a ne že to slečnu zrovna nebaví, tak si na dveře m*dne ciferník, že přijde za hoďku a jde do p*dele.
Tři hvězdy dávám proto, že to je jinak dobrá směnárna a nechci vám kazit celkový hodnocení, ale doufám, že se to už stávat nebude.
Jako sorry, ale aby tam člověk přišel 2 hodiny po otvíračce a zjistil, že slečna bude z5 v 11.40, to není v pořádku. To samý se mi stalo i třeba hod a půl před zavíračkou. ?

The staff has the right to take a break, but it is supposed to be written at the opening hours and not that the girl doesn't like it at the moment, so she puts a dial on the door that she comes for a walk and goes to the bar.
I give three stars because it's otherwise a good currency exchange and I don't want to spoil your overall rating, but I hope it won't happen again.
Like sorry, but to get there 2 hours after the opener and find out that Miss will be z5 at 11.40, that's not right. The same thing happened to me, for example, a hour and a half before closing time. ?
