Very happy with his wife. Helpful staff. A very nice, helpful and explanatory nurse sits right at the reception. This is what it looks like in the surgery. A helpful and kind nurse, so is the doctor. He will examine the tired teeth of our age and propose a solution. Each visit took place calmly and on a professional level from everyone. So great satisfaction.

Appalling!!! I chose based on reviews, but I have the impression that I was in a completely different office. The annoyed doctor followed the X-ray only. There is no danger of a thorough examination of the teeth with mirrors. Extraction of an eight, ok, after the procedure, the doctor put a leaflet in my hand with information on how to take care of the wound, ok. Follow-up care plan for other teeth ??? Not by any chance, it's just that I'm said to have a decay somewhere, so we'll deal with it next time. The doctor probably overlooked the fact that I had a broken tooth, or he didn't bother to tell me what to do next. When I told the doctor that my teeth were hurting (on a different jaw than where the eight was torn), he told me that I had nothing to hurt there, that I had no nerves there. How about gums, Doctor ??? What about my exposed necks ?? After leaving the surgery, I asked the reception what I would pay. I thought that extracting the figure eight was a covered act of insurance. Price about nine hundred. I ask the receptionist how the fact that it is not from the insurance, she was surprised that she probably does not know any dental surgery, where they would do the extraction of the eighth as a paid care, that they are a PRIVATE surgery !!!!! (I understand that the receptionist is not a dentist, but at least the basic knowledge of paid procedures would like it ... And that they are private surgeries - do they exist today other than private, if I do not take into account the dental department in hospitals? Anyway, the extraction was not on the invoice in the end (and the receptionist did not notice what was there when I asked her why they charged me for the paid procedure ?????) There was, among other things, anesthesia on the invoice. Another item that is covered by insurance. Before the procedure, the doctor did NOT inform me that I should pay for anesthesia, or that he was giving me a better one, etc. Canci that the patient is informed in detail about the price and care, options and options is a complete lie. At least in my case. I am currently solving the case with my health insurance company and I don't even smell in the smile center surgery. By the way, I really only saw the "smile" there in the name of the clinic.

So far, complete satisfaction. Professional approach, willingness and communication. Great for me.

I am very glad that I started attending SC. After a very long time, I am finally not afraid of dentists. I'm even looking forward to the visit. Super approach, professionalism, helpful and friendly staff. :)

I also chose the horror according to the reviews and it seems to me that I was probably somewhere else… Mrs. zubarka probably didn't even speak Czech and she wasn't able to tell me how it is, whether something needs to be done or not, so great, she only followed the pictures and nothing else she didn't care, never again….
