★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've held my review because it takes time to see if dental care is worth it. Do not go here! My daughter and I are going to need to have about 25k czk worth of work redone. My daughter had a cavity that they insisted remain open after their temporary filling fell out. You can't clean that no matter what little brush they give you. She had to have it pulled somewhere else. That dentist told us to run away. Now every thing they did to her must be redone. She's 6 by the way. I can only guess what she'll think of dentists in the future. They constantly spread procedures out as much as possible. I assume it is to bill as much as possible as well. This seems to be a place where they hire young inexperienced dentists and charge what they can. The dentist had a great rapport with my daughter but was obviously not experienced enough to deal with children's cavities. They are friendly but that is it. Save your money. At best Smile Centrum's a gamble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don`t go there they about money not about clients.
I needed teeth cleaning from doctor Vasiliy. I called them and asked for meeting to do this. When I visited them I had got x-ray examination and first check and consultation but I said that I don`t need it but they answered this is a part of regular checking process and insurance pays for all these. Finally they did nothing, make money from insurance and arranged one more appointment for tooth cleaning. And yes there was not doctor Vasiliy. I have wasted my time and now I have to wait one month more. I have nothing to hide my name above.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went for the first consultation and we scheduled the procedures, I asked how much would cost each and the price was fine. Right after the first procedure they charge me almost 3x the price it was said. I've paid it but canceled everything else with them. I don't recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am really satisfied of the overall approach of the all employees. I am registered with dr. Dimitrios Valiantis. He speaks English, which is the most important for foreigners. The dr. is nice, kind, professional and very patient. He explains everything upfront. I was a bit afraid of the anesthesia, so he played my favorite music in order to relax me. Totally recommend him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Boris Vasilev is the best dentist in Prague. I would 100% reccomend him to anyone looking for a dentist. I have visited him twice once for a tooth extraction which was 100% pain free (He actually numbs the gum before giving the injection!! Which is unheard of here) my gum healed perfectly. I have also just had composite fillings on my front teeth, again pain free and I am really happy with the results. Another great point is he speaks perfect English I actually thought he was American when he spoke! Also Dr Boris will explain everything step by step so you are aware of what is happening. Really clean and modern clinic and fast communication when arranging an appointment.
