I visited the service due to the replacement of the chain set and the inspection of the Suzuki GSR front brakes. After being accepted for service the next day, a technician called me to say that a thread on the rear axle was torn off with the words "someone had to turn the mother over the thread". Only I have been taking care of the motorcycle for 12 years, this spring I changed the tires and everything was fine, I turn the nut by hand and then tighten it with a torque wrench to 10kN according to the manufacturer. We agreed to order a new part for 4,500 CZK. After yesterday's pick-up of the motorcycle, I inspected the damaged part, asked how they loosen the nut in which the locking lock, the mechanic claims manually and that it could not be loosened. It's weird to me, but I'll pay in peace and leave. After passing through Budějovice, I find out that the tachometer does not work. So I return to the place, I communicate directly with the mechanic, who as a resistor asks me where the sensor is. Eventually, he finds that he has not connected the sensor after replacing the chain set. I ask how it is possible to do work like this, according to the head of the service, we are just people and that no one drove the motorcycle. I don't understand how no one will try a motorcycle after replacing the brake pads and chain sets. I ask again how the repair went, the mechanic will say that he had to loosen the nut with a pneumatic wrench. Really an expert in his place, the axle is made of an alloy with a fine thread, secured by a steel nut with a segrovka. The service manager offers a discount on work, I refuse, the mechanic damaged my axle. Therefore, all those who are considering visiting the service under the names of former motorcycle racers, avoid the arch.

Unfortunately, when changing tires in a car repair shop on a passenger car when changing or removing a run flat tire from an ALU rim, a piece of the rim was chipped. I don't deal with slight abrasions around the chipped pieces, nor did I deal with them on the spot. Plus, they scratched the right front fender while working around the car! When asked that they didn't do well, How they wanted to solve it was answered that I already had it! It could not have happened to them that they were experts and professionals, a young boy claimed, who had said a moment before that he was not even just balancing. I take care of the car very carefully and I know exactly what was and is on it !!! No one will tell me I had or didn't have anything there! When asked that they should call me the service technician who was changing the bike, the answer was again the same, that it could not happen to them, that it was not possible, etc. Unfortunately, Mr. Hrubý's approach was not very professional either, as there was still a reproach "For goodness on the beg" because I came unordered. In the end, Mr. Hrubý replied sarcastically, whether I prefer to go and return the invoice (that would be a hidden confession of a mistake? According to the attitude is difficult) I am happy to pay for the service I ordered but I demand that the service be performed properly and no further damage will occur, which did not happen here! However, I do not claim that maybe motorcycle experts are but what they employ in car service is really misery and can not face the problem they create! Unfortunately, I only heard excuses on the spot. Negotiations at the place where there were three mechanics, but none of them moved it, they told me and convinced me that I had a fresh visible pinched piece long before. Unfortunately, unprofessionalism for me !!!
