★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SMSFinance opakovaně volaji, otravuji ohledně mych pojisteni. Pritom s firmou nemam smlouvy, nesmirně otravné. Na to jestli se vubec s nimi chcete bavit nebo souhlasite s monitorovanym hovorem se ani nezeptaji. Odkud vzali cislo ani radsi nereknou a uz nasadí, ze "Volame vam kvuli vasim pojistkam." Coz je sice pekne, ale zadne pojistky u nich nemam. Kdyz se je zeptam jakych rekla pani "Zivotni a penzijni" coz je usmevne vzhledem k faktu, ze danou pojistku nemam. Fakt jestli takhle nahaneji takovymi hovory "na úrovni" nove zakazniky, tak potěš koště. Nejsem rád, jak se mnou někdo manipuluje. Přeji celé firmě a vřele ji to doporučuji, ať se na cold cally vykašle a ziskava nove zakazniky jen z doporuceni, bude mit pak lepsi jmeno.
I call SMSFinance repeatedly, I bother about my insurance. At the same time, I have no contracts with the company, extremely annoying. They won't even ask if you want to talk to them at all or agree to a monitored call. They won't even say where they got the number from, and they'll say "We're calling you because of your insurance." Which is nice, but I don't have any fuses with them. When I ask them what she said to Mrs. "Life and pension" which is funny due to the fact that I do not have the insurance. In fact, if new customers are chased by such calls "on the level", you will please the broom. I don't like the way someone manipulates me. I wish the whole company and I highly recommend it, to cough up cold calls and gain new customers only from recommendations, then it will have a better name.
