★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menu is much smaller than one on older pictures and we were told it's because of last year's pandemic. t was printed on simple A4 sheet and laminated like in cheapest Bar. Food was average, cannot say that we waited long, but it also didn't arrive shortly. For one soup, pork schnitzel and something to drink we paid almost 500 CZK. Definitely not a place like it used to be. Very average, if You only need to eat - come, but don't expect anything amazing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Portions were big and matched the cost. You can find the same food for cheaper. The quality was fine too, but again, definitely better places for taste. Lastly, the service was a bit slow. They did seem understaffed, but we waited 20 minutes before we found someone to get our bill (after we asked for another coke and the desert menu of which we received neither).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First, this place is very cute, looks adorable, it's in a center location. The stuff is friendly and inviting, and the sitting places are comfortable. The food was good, not excellent. The service was alright. BUT!!! The most important thing that happened is that the waiter didn't gave us all the change after we gave him a large amount of money!! We had to "remind" him that he forgot to return us another amount.. after that he went to the cashier to get the money, and yet, he didn't gave the exact amount he had to gave us. DISGRACE!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We arrived at 21:06 on Friday only to find all the doors locked to new guests… I guess cooking a meal in 54 min was impossible. That makes me believe the restaurant does not like/want new clients. If you are looking for the classic Czech style then this is the place for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We chose to eat here because our first night in Prague we wanted to eat traditional Czech and this restaurant was the answer to that calling. Good quality food and we also liked the atmosphere. It is behind a very busy place in Prague a very short walk outside Palladium mall and Old Town Square but gets quite and serene all of a sudden around this restaurant.
We ordered their Goulash soup with Garlic dip, Czech style Larded beef rump, Czech style fried chicken and Roasted duck with Rosemary and Apples they turned out to be well cooked and served. Bravo job well done.
I recommend this restaurant highly.
