K nám jakožto zákazníkovi přistupovali individuálně a profesionálně. Nábytkem ze sobu jsme si víceméně zařídili celé bydlení. Určitě zde nenakupujeme naposledy a můžeme jen doporučit! My girlfriend and I are extremely satisfied with the purchase in this store! They have a large selection of goods, quality materials, shabby original design. They approached us as a customer individually and professionally. We more or less furnished the entire home with the furniture. We certainly do not buy here for the last time and we can only recommend!

Obchod mi vysel vstrict nabidkou na slevu na rošt (který jsem očekával že tam bude, pokud není uvedeno jinak). Bohužel rošt nikdy nedorazil, na email nereagovali a když jsem se dovolal, bylo mi slíbeno datum a opět nic. Čekal jsem 3 týdny a nakonec byl nucen objednat jinde. I ordered a boiler, it did not come in the quality I expected (but I was notified by phone that the bed was exhibition). The store sent me an vstrict offer for a discount on the grate (which I expected to be there, unless otherwise stated). Unfortunately, the grate never arrived, they did not respond to the email and when I called, I was promised a date and again nothing. I waited 3 weeks and was eventually forced to order elsewhere.
O	Ondrej Skolar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Koupili jsme postel,která došla poškozená a navíc za ty peníze velmi nekvalitní výrobek!Odstoupili jsme hned od smlouvy,ale ze strany obchodu se nikdo neozýval a ani si nepřevzali poštu.Musel jsem řešit přes právníka vrácení peněz,které mi po dvou měsících nakonec přisly. Ale přišel jsem o 2000kč za odeslání postele,kterou jsem musel poslat jako nadměrný balík!Tento obchod nedoporučuji a budu dál řešit jejich přístup k zákazníkům. Komunikace z jejich strany nulová. Určitě nedoporučuji! Unfortunately, I must also say that the customer service of this company is below freezing. A	AHAstudio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought some furniture here approximately a year ago, but only because it was on sale with significant discounts. Later I have actually found out that this company is just reselling the furniture of a German based company called Massivum from Leipzig. That wouldn't be such a big deal if only they were selling it for the same price, but they are charging additional circa 15 percent on top of the original price what the Germans are selling for. Their web site is also a copy of the German company. This really makes me wonder what kind of business model this is, it does not make any sense.
