There is a presumption among the older people of Bludov, which is based on certain facts that the former mayor Petr Minář may have been the benefactor. During his tenure as mayor, he made great strides to the Catholic Church, namely the parishioners P. Josef Němec and P. Frant. Ermis. A long-standing dispute with the church and the community over the church, which it had to buy out. The dispute over the Poverty Fund, which the church refused to give to the village, was exacerbated by the fact that in 1888 there were no services or pilgrimages near Kostelíček.
