★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měli jsme zde babičku, a řešily jsme pořád dokola zanedbávání ze strany pečovatelek koupání jednou týdně atd... Před pár dny umřela na oboustranný zápal plic den před tím jsem tam byl a babička mi říkala že 40 minut se snažila dozvonit sestrám ti mi řekli že to říkaly zdravotní sestře a 3 hodiny po nebyla schopná přijít už v ten moment měla bolesti a vůbec se to neřešilo za mě absolutní vrchol a zanedbání péče. Jen že slušnosti vůči babičce která by to nechtěla to nebudeme dále řešit ale určitě nedoporučuji...
 We had a grandmother here, and we kept dealing with neglect on the part of nurses, bathing once a week, etc ... A few days ago she died of bilateral pneumonia the day before I was there and my grandmother told me that she tried to call the nurses for 40 minutes, they told me that they told the nurse and 3 hours after she was unable to come already at that moment she was in pain and it did not solve for me the absolute peak and neglect of care. It's just that we won't deal with decency towards my grandmother who wouldn't want it, but I definitely don't recommend it ...
