J	JZG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tasteful food but incredibly long waiting time (2 hours for starter and main course, had no patience to wait for dessert), the waiter demanding tip and quareling he should get it despite terrible service. I reserved terrace table through online form but got one next to kids play area. Very poor experience in relation to price.

And then, we ask for the second bottle of water, but it NEVER came. Last but not least, when we ask for our bill, the waitor didn't give us any response. Then I ask him again, HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE, LOOK AT ME AND TELL ME "I HEAR YOU". Will never come back. So disappointed.

When I arrived, on the day of the booking, I’m told they don’t have any table for me because their reservation system broke down. ? (but the restaurant if full ) Barely an excuse, no solution proposed, a very rude manager (although the receptionist was nice). Zero customer service from the manager, not even an apology. There were definitely options, But no one seemed to care enough about customers to offer options. Anyways, we changed plans and went to four seasons, and it was fabulous! Conclusion: avoid this place, just go to 4 seasons !

R	Rumbidzai Hodzonge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very beautiful restaurant with a very cosy yet elegant interior. I had the family brunch menu and the food and drinks were delicious and the service was impeccable. Will definitely be going back.
C	Christiaan van Leeuwen on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were the only couple in our dining hall, there was another couple in the hall next to us. We went for the tasting menu which consisted of 7 dishes. The starter, carpaccio and octopus were excellent. The octopus was the softest I ever had. The fifth dish; lime/mint ice was the worst ice cream I ever had. It's was way too sour. And I actually like lime and lemon ice cream. All in all some dishes needed a little bit more balancing but they were tasty nonetheless. The service was very good and the environment is trendy and comfortable.
