V zastoupení činí úkony vaším jménem bez vašeho vědomí, když dostane řízení na slepou kolej, postaví vás před hotovou věc, pakliže mu zadáte pokyn, ignoruje ho a následně řízení opouští, když si vymyslí nějaký důvod. Poté tvrdí, jak ve vašem zájmu udělal maximum, přičemž pro vás nehnul prstem. Fakturu za právní služby ovšem poslat nezapomene. Je k nevíře, kdo může být zapsán u ČAK.
