★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád zde nakupuji filamenty a další věci k tisku, nedávné přestěhování do plnohodnotné prodejny kousek od centra navíc velmi prospělo dostupnosti. Vzorky filamentu zdarma k nákupu vždy potěší. Navíc se mi párkrát poštěstilo vyzvednout zboží i po zavíračce, což mi vytrhlo trn z paty! :-)
 I like buying filaments and other things to print here, and the recent relocation to a full-fledged shop near the center has also greatly benefited from availability. Free filament samples to buy always pleased. In addition, I was lucky enough to pick up the goods even after the closing, which tore the thorn from my heel! :-)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemné a vstřícné dámy, které mají přehled, rozumí 3D tisku a dokážou poradit. Přestože má obchod eshop, vždy jsem rád, když se mi podaří provést koupi osobně.
Pleasant and helpful ladies who have an overview, understand 3D printing and can advise. Although the shop has an e-shop, I am always happy to make a purchase in person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parkoviště pro zákazníky hned u budovy, možná bych ocenil, kdyby byla u vjezdu nějaká cedule, protože označení firmy mají jen na budově, která je v zástavbě mírně"utopená" a není ze silnice hned vidět. Nicméně jednání na velmi dobré úrovni, zboží z e-shopu připravené, jen zaplatit a je vše vyřízeno. Na prodejně příjemně překvapí vitrýny s ukázkami tisků z nabízených filamentů, takže je hned vidět, jak bude tisk z toho kterého vypadat. Prodávající má přehled a umí pohotově poradit. Za mne vysoká spokojenost, až tedy na to označení prodejny ??
Parking for customers right next to the building, I might appreciate if there was a sign at the entrance, because they only have the company name on the building, which is slightly "drowned" in the development and is not immediately visible from the road. However, negotiations at a very good level, goods from the e-shop ready, just pay and everything is settled. The shop will be pleasantly surprised by display cases with samples of prints from the offered filaments, so you can immediately see what the print will look like. The seller has an overview and can promptly advise. High satisfaction for me, except for the store label ??

Absolutely great approach, as well as selection, including a sample book. You can park directly in front of the building, which is also a big plus.

I personally decided since I was in Brno, I would stop by the store to pick up my order that was supposed to ship. Not only the store owner agreed, but to compensate for shipping we even agreed on products to meet the markup. Can't say a wrong word about these folks and I would definitely suggest buying from them for your printing needs!
