★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Skvělá prodejna, nakupuji foťáky již od doby co byly v NC Géčko, skvělý výběr fotoaparátů i příslušenství. Mají i batohy a popruhy Peak Design, což mohu doporučit nejen fotografům.
 Great store, I've been buying cameras since they were in NC Géčko, a great selection of cameras and accessories. They also have Peak Design backpacks and straps, which I can recommend not only to photographers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednání tohoto obchodu musím ocenit, je málo takových, kde personál miluje svoji práci.
Vstřícnost, odborná komunikace, ochotný personál, vše vysvětlí, předvede a doporučí.
Sortiment Sony a příslušenství, které jen tak na jihu Čech v kamenné prodejně nezakoupíte, např. produkty PeakDesign.
Na všem se dá s obchodem domluvit, skvěle komunikují i na soc. sítích. Osobně jim píši převážně na Instagram @sonycenter_cz pokud zrovna něco sháním a musím tuto službu vyzdvihnout a poděkovat za ni.
Takže pokud máte cestu kolem a rádi byste něco od sony, určitě se tu zastavte.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto skvělý servis pro zákazníka a spolupráce přesně podle představ, Sony Center mohu jen a pouze doporučit! Velmi oceňuji rychlost vyskladnění zboží i dopravy. Odeslání zásilky a další kroky mi byly dokonce sděleny telefonicky, což je velmi příjemné a osobní. Rád bych si na něco i postěžoval, ale opravdu není na co :)
Absolutely great customer service and collaboration exactly the way you want it, I can only recommend Sony Center! I really appreciate the speed of removal of goods and transport. Sending the shipment and the next steps were even communicated to me by phone, which is very pleasant and personal. I would like to complain about something, but there really is nothing to do :)

Obchod je opravdu jedním slovem SKVĚLÝ a všem musím vřele doporučit. Zakoupil jsem si zde sluchátka WH1000XM4 a ještě ten den mě informovali že zásilku druhý den odešlou, nic méně mi termín neseděl tak jsem domluvili jiný. Skvělá komunikace a marketing firmy. Sluchátka mi bohužel neseděli na hlavě, (byli mi velké) tak jsem napsal mail a firma sama hned nabídla ať sluchátka pošlu zpět a oni obratem vrátí peníze, Upřímně mi spadla čelist..... vím že na to mám ze zákona právo na odzkoušení, ale s takovouhle reakcí jsem se ještě nikde nesetkal. Tleskám...... odeslal jsem sluchátka a druhý den po odeslání byli peníze na učtu.... ostatní firmy by si mohli brát příklad.... Mám od sony 2x A7r IV a sony skla a jsem moc spokojený, ale upřímně takovouhle vstřícnost jsem ještě nikde nevyděl. ještě jednou BRAVO a přeji hodně úspěchů v této nevlídné době.

I bought WH1000XM4 headphones here and they informed me that day that they would send the shipment the next day, I was no less satisfied with the date, so I arranged another one. Great communication and marketing of the company. Unfortunately, the headphones didn't fit on my head, (they were big for me) so I wrote an e-mail and the company itself immediately offered to send the headphones back and they would return the money immediately. Honestly, my jaw dropped ... , but I have never encountered such a reaction. I applaud ...... I sent the headphones and the next day after sending there was money on the account .... other companies could take an example .... I have from Sony 2x A7r IV and sony glass and I am very satisfied but honestly I have never earned such kindness. once again BRAVO and I wish you a lot of success in this turbulent time.
